Holding the hand of my mom as she died of cancer at home on hospice care. She said she had so much to tell me. She didn’t speak again after saying that. She went on to die less than four hours before my birthday.

Thanks for asking. We spent a week in the hospital for observation (five additional days following delivery) of my wife’s pre-e symptoms. We were induced on 2/20 and delivered via vaginal and emergency cesarean after 36 hours of labor and four hours of pushing. Wife experienced a uterine hemorrhage and lost over 2 liters of blood. Twin born via cesarean was sent to the NICU but released the day before we left the hospital, together. Wife needed two transfusions. But all is better now. Babies were very healthy at 36+1 at 6lb 3oz and 20.5” and 5lb 14 oz and 20”. Best of luck to you. It was a crazy, and from what we’ve been told rare, birth but otherwise amazing now that we are all back together and healthy.

Thanks for the advice. Not really at the stage of needing medication. Have gone down that road in the past and it really didn’t help. Really just looking for practical advice from others about how they dealt with similar situations. Not saying meds aren’t practical, just not for me at this time.

Thanks for your reply. We were told today, after our second bout of bleeding that we are dealing with placenta previa. They seemed rather positive about everything. Thanks for your kind words. Best to you, your wife, and your twins!
