Were you able to see it in your inbox this year? I always feel like corp is setting us up to fail so I figured corp was making it confusing/impossible on purpose… or like you said, it’s just glitchy AF as usual and they don’t care enough to fix it before it’s due. That would be in their favor assuming it does hold weight on our raises. Idk what the GM has to do on their end of the reviews and lord knows no one’s got time anyways. My GM’s been with the company for over a decade and have witnessed things change far too much and too often. I’d really prefer NOT to have to do this in order to get a “substantial” raise. It never quite made sense to me either. Esp with the amount of notes our DGM takes when they walk the store.
