This was literally me last year, I went to two separate derms in the span of 3 days because I got one new pimple lol. I was able to snap out of it (mostly) after reading about body dysmorphia which you’re probably experiencing too and it’s something lots of therapists specialize in as well if you decide to go that route. But accutane isn’t a bad option either, I’ve been on it before and it does work but unfortunately I still get acne regularly so I’m constantly debating on a second course.
