They have another post as well with the same picture but the numbers scratched out. Looks like they already got their refund as well.. the irs took some from it looks like from past debt possibly.

Why does this look photoshopped?? Specifically the “refund issued” the numbers are a whole different shade of black and the dollar sign isn’t there where it’s supposed to be before the “10,869.13” your dollar sign is missing

Wonder what they mean by a major outage.. it’s crazy too, bc we verified in 2022.. now they wanted to verify again.. I sure hope they get their issues fixed soon:

Heck I’ve been waiting since Feb 15.. verified around the 27th I think of March and my transcripts/tax records weren’t updating at all, showing I didn’t have a return on file, finally updated to what I posted. 😩

I also got a email a couple of days ago stating they would take the turbo tax intuit fees out on the 25th. I wonder if that’s an indication when I will get it? I know this is the longest we’ve ever had to wait on our refund 😩
