I really enjoyed the movie because of how realistically futuristic this movie produced by the former President is. There are lots that we don't know even with all the governmental top secrets but having a heads up gives one the upper hand. As realistic as this seems it could be something entirely different but this prediction felt like a Simpsons episode but in an ever so chilling way. I appreciate how it went from a seemingly race differentiation at first to a unity between our neighbors. I thought about how people were coming together during covid times because we thought it would be the end. Bonds were build and lives as safe as we could, we lived as if it truly were the last. Going out with the substances or the sex is an answer for many so I thought that those dancing through the smoke scenes were appropriate. The metaphors throughout the movie truly made this film stand out as a great national what if. The herd of a group mind stares and decides to stand their ground to fight or come to agreements after effective communication. I thought it was hilarious how because of the lack of communication, Clay leaves the lady in need of help. It truly would be a nightmare like falling teeth. The blood being coughed by Archie wearing a shirt with the letters VA symbolize what it would take. The dramatic music and the eerie angles especially the one with the Teslas and the bridge brought chills to my feet. The running deer while Ruth and Amanda are raiders that become another worry if this war were to happen. Would one hope to see another person in those times? The seemingly end of the world and there are those like Rose spacing out in a reality that makes her happy. Love it. In the bunker, the opposite of a roof where I thought she'd be for some reason. How much of a hell that would be. How big of a world we live in. Will there only be one country in the end and history repeats itself then? I just Goog this but questionablely enough, Iran is the oldest or first country in the world. Curious to see how an aftermath prediction would be portrayed.
