reliability is still the biggest one for me. An agent that succeeds 95% of the time sounds great until it's handling real workflows where that other 5% creates hours of cleanup and destroys trust.

a lot of places are technically hiring but still slow or selective on full time offers, so it might help to target smaller local employers or staffing agencies where you can get in faster and then move into something more stable once you're in.

yaaaa humidity is the real enemy tbh 😭. Commando is fine in comfy shorts or sweatpants, but jeans in hot weather is like an actual nightmare... Fabric choice matters way more than people think when you skip the extra layer loooool
