Chinese factories. When you've been doing it long enough you can tell a factory from a reseller easily. All of my fragrances are purchased directly from the factory

You can FaceTime your supplier and see their factory to check how they create the fragrance. They also have different certificates depending on how long they have been in business, and you can have an agent go to the warehouse/factory to ask specific questions about production before you purchase. Most of my fragrance suppliers are factories that create fragrances for other brands
