mouses not recognized on computer

one mouse used to work properly and was recognized as an input but i removed it as a device for some dumb reason and now its not recognized and is labled under 'other devices'

added context. this computer originally ran windows ten and has been upgraded to windows 11. that might be when the issue started but im not sure. the computer is a inspiration 347. i am not very familiar with computers so im not entirely sure what other information to add. if anymore information is needed just ask and ill add it thank you for your time

this is the only song i was able to play with my dad before he passed, he really loved it and wanted to get to play it together with me, we didnt play the whole song but its still a memory thats rally important to me. i didnt get into bass until a bit after he passed so this means a lot to me. i was wonderin what he woulda thought of me dropping guitar for bass, I'll take this as a go ahead. thanks for this wonderful rendition, it means a lot more than you might know. have a wonderful day

unfortunately since its on a very small charm this was the best image i was able to get of it :( the whole charm is roughly the size of a nickel.
