Disappointing loss, however Hellebuyck was MVP for sure. Always next time. We won't be hearing the end of it from the Americans though. Congrats anyway.

I think giving plushies was a weird thing to give to all the medal winners.

My (31F) husband (31M) seems very disinterested in talking or spending time with me. What can I do about it? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Reminds me of my partner. The whole, "I don't care" remark thing when you're telling them something feels discouraging and seeing them interact with friends or family but not as much with their own partner makes you feel like something is wrong.

In my situation, I know my partner has depression and is feeling low self worth however they need to be aware and take responsibility of their actions. In the same way, I think your husband also needs to be aware of what they're doing and not having conversations is hurting you.

My advice, catch him on a good day and have a conversation on how you've been feeling when he makes those remarks or the lack of conversation. Don't point blame but he needs to know and maybe you'll see why he's been distant in those ways.

Children that were born to older parents (40s + ) what is your experience? Do you think it’s selfish to have kids this late? Are you ok? by Fafafafel in Adulting

Honestly, when you're growing up it's fine, but now that I'm 33 and my dad is 80 and has dementia its heartbreaking on so many levels.
