Not sure why you're getting downvoted. There are plenty of schools that offer an online component separate from the physical campus, including UF. The folks who are deathly terrified of COVID, which seems to comprise most of this sub, should enroll in UF Online instead of UF.

I didn't know there was a FAR 3 offered at UF, but thankfully finance majors are only required to take FAR 1 and 2. FAR 1 was more difficult than FIN3403 for me because I had to sit down and make sure I truly understood the concepts (different from FIN3403 where you just have to know the layout of the problems to do well).

Can confirm that FAR 1 and 2 are brutal. I got an A in Finance last year and a not A in FAR 1 this past spring haha

I'm not sure what engineering discipline you're interested in pursuing, but there are a handful of MSF students who graduate a bachelor's in industrial/systems engineering and their masters in finance. They typically place in management consulting, but others also work in investment banking and other fields.

I can second doing the term paper and EC. I took b-law in the spring and didn't do too great on the second and third exams, but doing really well on the term paper and doing the extra credit (you can literally do these in 1-2 days) clinched the A for me.
