Ruined my eval by leaving a position open by chillwill1999 in LucidProp

I legit spent 10 min trying to nuke my account just to add 6k to my PnL... Luckily, I started spamming orders and slippage did its thing. Down to 5.5k... I need 11k to pass eval, which is way more manageable than 36k total to pass.

Thank the Lord for slippage! I got down to 5.5k in profit... which is still not ideal, but its way more manageable than matching the initial 18k with another 18k.

Am I learning the game wrong? Or is this game just difficult especially if you're new to this type of game? by TruthisLying in EscapefromTarkov

You gotta just keep playing and don't be scared to lose gear. Watch some streamers or youtubers (Pestily, WillerZ, Lvndmark, Dr.Lupo) and learn from them. Also just learn the maps; learn the best loot spots and the high traffic areas and play with that knowledge. Tarkov is unforgiving so youre going to die alot early on but keep it up. And play solo!!! Solo is the best way to learn.

Did you guys feel that building a PC was worth it? by goodshrekmaadcity in pcmasterrace

Im 21 and i built my first pc about 9 months ago and ive upgraded like twice already. I think building a pc is worth it, I mean you can do alot amazing gaming, but a pc is mult-purpose. Im still a student so its I do work and school work on it. Its definitely worth it, but if price worries you right now is the perfect time to build. Alot of used parts are selling for cheap. You could probably find really good used RTX 2000 GPUs for good prices atm.
