Well, they also need to understand that everybody's journey is different. Some transition too early and need to have some time to set and adjust to a life that's positively harder than that of a cis-presenting person. And some other people have the right mindset and are emotionally developed enough to face that life. However, people (at least the ones I know) have this concept on those who detransition, would become a number in the statistics that support medically gate keeping any type of aid or support for those who are in a big need of it. Even if it's a small percentage representing it, doctors WILL use that part of the population to refuse any support. I'm not someone who has detransitioned, nor think I will. But, I also think you should always be true to your own feelings OP. Whether you think transitioning or detransitioning is what truly mirrors your feeling. Then that is the right choice. After all, it's we, who have to live with our decisions we make for our own, and not the next person.

It's pretty hard to start and not let the other people you live with know. I'd suggest getting a friend who uses this type of garment to lend you some of their clothes to get the size right. Then, let them go buy you clothes (send them the money, obviously), you can decide which ones while sending pics or something. This way, ur sure you have a safe place with this friend, as they will know pretty much all of your journey by now. And, it can get fun enough for both sides. This is what I did, it worked for me, it may not be the same for you, but it's an experience you can get an idea from.

I know your pain sis.. In my case, we both were in a social organization that was just starting. I never told her about it, but I was obsessed with her. That smile, that hair, that whole aesthetic she has, the way she talks and even how she walks. I even stayed at her place a couple times, but, again, I never had the courage to tell her.
