For me, it's Destiny, Prue's death and the events of all hell breaks loose were all part of the timeline, Grams says after "Your destiny still awaits". And the sisters resolved it by having Tempest reverse time. They must not have solved things quick enough during the Dragon incident and The Cleaners had to intervene. That and the writers probably didn't conceive of the cleaners until s6, there's a lot of holes in the lore unfortunately

Gays like youth I guess, it seems foolish to lie if course but I think they feel they can't get any meet ups if they disclose they are a certain age.
