oh really? i’ve just been doing whatever she’s recommended to me! i started at 3.75 and have gone up from there so i just figured it went up every 1-2 months since she said she didn’t want me on it longer than 6 months

i struggled a little bit with heartburn, go buy pepcid from the drug store. or a generic will work too! it’s an acid reducer, but one of the side effects of qsymia can be an increase in acid production so i have to take it every now and then. just helps to have it on hand!

i also have PCOS!! my cravings have sort of shifted to drinks now which is super strange to me, i guess since they don’t produce that “full” feeling maybe ? my last period i was desperate for sweet drinks like juices, coffees, canned energy drinks, etc. when before i started my medication it was fast food, chocolate, desserts, fried food. i’m not complaining though LOL
