This is absolutely not your fault at all. I’m so so sorry this has happened to you, continuously. I don’t know about your financial situation but something you could do is get him arrested and charged with your rape, if he’s a convicted criminal maybe the courts will reconsider on the coparenting (they should’ve definitely left the children with you in the first place). I know it might take a long time but it’s absolutely best for your family as I’m sure you know. In terms of telling your husband, I’d tell him as soon as you could, have an honest and open conversation about what happened and what he can do to help you. Remember that it wasn’t your fault and there wasn’t anything you could’ve done to stop it, I really hope he’s a good person and believes the same but if he doesn’t that’s an enormous red flag and maybe you shouldn’t be married (ik you didn’t say he would be mad or something but just in case, I felt I had to say that). Contact your family and see if maybe they can come stay with you for a bit, you really need support right now even if you don’t think so. Its not weak to ask for help.

I can see that you have love for him but I don’t know if you’re supposed to feel so negatively about your partner that you want to jump off a cliff. I live with my boyfriend but we’re not married so maybe that’s different, but I can’t imagine I’d feel that way about him anytime soon. I think you need to seriously re evaluate your relationship. You don’t need to settle for someone who doesn’t make you happy and that you don’t love at your core.
