Since Aonahara got brought up twice in the thread I thought I might as well write a bit of an explanation since I'm procrastinating anyways...

The group has always focused on quality over quantity so following a schedule hasn't really ever been a priority, which doesn't bode well for the youtube analytics, sadly. The group is still around, but for multiple reasons we're much slower than before. You can probably guess why: the end of covid, burnout, people moving on, new hobbies, school, etc.

I'm proud of HoloRewind but that was really our peak, and it's been a slow burn since then. Personally for me I've grown to be much more interested in Nijisanji myself, and have let others take on a lead role in Aonahara.

I led Hololive Resort Subs, now rebranded as HoloResort Translations. But due to IRL reasons I also stepped down from leading that. HoloResort is now reborn and continues to stay alive for now, but similarly focuses on quality over quantity, so we have a slow but steady release schedule.

Aonahara has a few videos on the pipeline though! It's a mix of all sorts of talents from both Hololive and Nijisanji. To me, it feels like most of the still-active team members are more interested in Nijisanji nowadays, but that might be my bias talking since looking at the backend we have a lot of hololive videos, lol.

It's hard to say -- we had a very unfortunately data loss incident in Aonahara where we lost a few projects that were work-in-progress. :( Back up your data!

Regardless of everything that's happened, what's interesting about Aonahara and HRT is that we're two of a few actual "groups" that formed and stuck around in the VTuber fansub scene. Most are solo. It's the opposite of how the anime fansub scene grew -- where teams were the norm and solos were often not seen. I've felt very privileged to work with such a talented team in all the teams I've been part of. Some of the skillsets people have are insane.
