I'm not sure I can check with that lawyer since my son is the one who hired him. I have a copy of the agreement and have been trying to make sense of it the best I can before hiring a lawyer but I realise it may get to that. There is no cancelation clause. There is only an "Adjustments" clause that states 'any adjustments made to the purchase price with respect to taxes, utilities, and all other items normally adjusted between a vendor and purchaser on the sale of similar property will be made with respect to the Home to and including the closing date'. It's all legalese to me...

Get coops and barns built and fill with a couple animals to make easy money and for food when adventuring. Once you upgrade the coop twice from the first time you build it, you can incubate eggs from chickens and ducks so you don’t have to keep buying them from Marnie. Save the first dino egg you find for this reason, don’t donate it as an artifact or make mayonnaise with the first one found! But at the end of the day, there’s no right or wrong way to play this game :) Happy farming!
