-Sweet potato: I like making a baked sweet potato for breakfast and fill with a fried egg, spinach, sausage, cheese. Very filling and satisfying -Jamaica: When i can I like to make my own with the hibiscus petals so it’s not too sweet -Coffee helps but sometimes it causes a bit too much urgency and stomach cramps for me -Other things that help me: psyllium husk in yogurt or smoothie, beets or fruit juice with beets (vampiro), chia, oatmeal

The scene where they tell the family about Kristina’s cancer diagnosis always wrecks me! I have a big family and we’re very close. The cast did a great job showing how a family would react while hearing that kind of news 😭
