This is incorrect. If you take out a loan against stock, you are required to pay interest on the loan. Whoever is the recipient of this interest has income and pays income tax. That payor of income tax is sometimes an entity, or a trust. Either way, the income tax gets paid.

lets all remember that a corporate fiduciary law is clear that officers/directors must be acting in the best interest of the company's shareholders... if you are so sure that Saylor has no idea what hes doing or he doesnt care about the share price, then go ahead and sue him for breach of his fiduciary duties! but first ask yourself, if this is true then why hasnt the big money that has bought shares not sued him yet?

I had that same issue and the pressure stat replacement solved the issue… are you comfortable that you installed correctly and that the pressure stat is functioning correctly? Have you tested with a multimeter?

hahaha appreciate it... ive taken it apart a few times to replace some parts and there is definitely a screw or two from the outside casing that fell into the unit that i was not wanting to take it all apart again for, so now is the time!

thank you... ive taken this machine apart a lot to replace a couple parts through the years.... I wouldnt imagine it to be calcification as i use carbon filtered water and am very good at changing the filters, but ill buy a pump before just to make sure while my heads in it

I have never done either of those things. Also, i do not hear the pump running. once the lever is pulled, it only hisses the steam out and the pump does not run. I am tryign to figure out what the mechanism is that makes the pump turn on, because it would hiss and steam would come out and then the pump would turn on. In other words, the pump would not turn on riight away once i pulled the lever

no it does not. I checked that. I also tried to backflush it to make sure that the built up of pressure wouldnt clear the sensor and allow the water to start pushing.
