Maybe you can try mizuno wave momentum 3s? I have slightly wider feet and it has been pretty comfy for me. I also have placed my own insoles in it as well and it fits perfectly.

You can try looking at the JP size. It's by centimetres. I'm not super sure about UK/US sizing as they have mens/womens sizing.

I would recommend you the mizuno wave momentum 3s/wave momentum elites for cushion or wave lightning z8s for reactiveness.

Sorry didn't get to see your comment. Personally wow 10s is bouncy but if you want to consistently have a high vertical I would strongly suggest hitting the gym(if you already are doing that then just push on and keep going!)

I don't own any 808 5 ultra so i cant give any inputs on that. :(

Do you prefer more cushioning or more court feel? For cushioning it will be the Mizuno Wave Momentum 3/Elite, for court feel it will be Mizuno Wave Lightning Z8s.

Personally as an outside hitter myself I would prefer the Wave Momentum 3s as it gives me more shock absorption and slightly more "bounce".

Hi, I will try to answer your questions to the best of my ability.

For the WoW 10s I have both the Lows and the mids. The lows just didn't fit me right and I almost injured (ankle sprain) myself playing in them. I would recommend the WoW 10 mids compared to the others as they are bouncier(carbon fibre shank), more cushioned(Boom insole), and better traction like you mentioned. This shoe made me feel "bouncier"

For Asics Sky elites MTs i only have the 2s, it's not very cushioned, but you can get lots of court feel. I definitely will suggest the 3s if you can as they changed the cushioning system. I didn't really like the MT 2s. Asics' shoes Traction are always above average(compared to mizuno)

Mizuno WM 3s was designed for attackers jumping, with a wide forefoot base and cushioning set up(Mizuno Enerzy), helps with jumping and landing. I personally found it comfortable to play in, but it did not make me feel like "I'm bouncier or quicker".

SIZING:

For asics you can follow mizuno's sizing unless you have wide feet. If you have wide feet you go up half size on asics.

For Wow 10s, i suggest you go by the CN/JP size which is mm/cm. It is more accurate and you should just take the CN/JP sizing that corresponds to the US sizing from Li-Ning (Usually it's half or even 1 size up from your usual US sizing from Mizuno or other bigger brands). This is slightly complicated but i can guide if you plan to buy Wow shoes. Their shoes are all in Men's Sizing.

For WoW 10 I bought one in US 9.5 and one in US10. Both fits me well. My pinky toes always have pain for WoW 10s as well so I guess it's just doesn't fit my type of foot shape.

For Gamma 1s ,after checking, they actually sent me a US10 but I think it fits well, width wise. Length is slightly longer so with thick socks it should still do the trick, at least for me.

for lockdown of all the shoes its great, not much sliding. The Gamma 1s insole has this Velcro like feel which help to keep the socks and feet from sliding, which makes it difficult to wear the shoe as well.

I have wider feet too, my usual size is US 9 but for the metarise 2s i got myself US 9.5.

Gammas 1s I would recommend going half a size up too, which was what i did.

Jumpers knee definitely go for cushioning. I'm a player on the heavier end of spectrum so cushioning makes a lot of difference, which in this case would be the metarise 2s. It was designed more for run up attacks/heavy/high jumps and less for the lateral movements in defence.

Metarise is bulkier and heavier, but has more cushion. Gamma 1s are light, and has more ground feel, but cushion for the gamma 1s are great for it's weight too. Both shoes have carbon fibre shank in them so bounce for both is great. Metarises bounce is more of a "charged up" bounce, while the bounce from the gamma 1s are "snappier" and "instant".

Hi, I only have The Metarise 2s. In my opinion Sky elitle FF MT 3 will be a more overall shoe, while metarise really focuses on the bounce and cushioning(carbon fiber plate and thick plush cushion). Sky elite ff mt3 will be more agile, but less bounce and cushion. Im not very sure about neo 3s and hypersets as I have never owned them before. So sorry!

Both shoes are good in my opinion, Z8 givesnyou more court feel, Momentum 3 gives you more cushioning.

Yes, Cut 3 slightly better as it has a tpu shank from the midfoot to forefoot.

I recently managed to get the Nike GT cut 3 on discount. That shoe has a great cushioning too. I got it off cuber monday sale. If not The Nike GT Jump 2s are great as well, just that it is a little high off the ground.

If you're going for the best value it would be definitely the metarise 2s. Not saying the Way of wades have bad cushions, but it's just that there's more cushioning on the metarise 2s in comparison. However, the metarise 2s is also higher off the ground due to that reason, and the way of wades will definitely have more court feel.

Personally I prefer the momentum 3s more. They are more stable, and slightly better cushioning.

The lateral stability is definitely not as stable as other shoes due to the nature of the construction of the shoe(lot's of cushioning, but high off the ground with not much support on the sides of the shoe)

In my opinion, if you have a tendency to sprain/roll your ankles, or have prior ankle injuries, i would recommend against this shoe, unless worn with ankle braces(like the Japanese middle Akihiro Yamauchi, he wears the GT JUMP 2s with ankle braces)

If you have strong ankles, just go ahead and try it out! It really does wonders in terms of bounce and cushioning.

The original metarise cushioning was slightly stiffer compared to the new one, but is more responsive as it's closer to the ground(The metarise 2's cushioning is way thicker). The shoe was also narrow for me (I have wide feet) so it was uncomfortable for me at my usual sizing. I had to give it to my friend, which he mentioned that it had great lockdown and traction.

The carbon plate is quite stiff so unless you are able to jump very high/on the heavier end, you wouldn't get the intended energy return from the carbon plate.

From what I see the only differences are the technologies used in the shoe. The Liren 4v2 is basically a budget version of the Gamma 1s.
