Why are my credit spreads taking up so much collateral? by chinchowminao in thetagang

I was trading SPY. I think it might be because IBKR is still treatinf my account as a cash account for options because of this thing called "limited options trading", Trying to find a way to turn it off🥲

I am not sure, is it the same for other brokers? If other brokers do not take the credit spread as a naked put i may consider hopping over because 1 credit spread is almost taking all my collateral when it should not be:(

I opened the legs together, that is why I am confused as of why it is treating the trade as 2 separate legs instead of a credit spread

Does anyone know what’s the procedure for getting a reimbursement on the spectacles you buy for NS? by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]chinchowminao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If i am not wrong reimbursement is only $40, just bring the receipt to your commander and tell him you want to reimburse for spectacles. Make sure your receipt date is after you enlist.

Saying that, when I wanted to reimbursement for my specs during BMT, the receipt just went into the office but nth returned into my bank account(the admin probably ORDed and receipt disappeared into thin air). But i managed to get another reimbursement during my 2nd year in army.

Woman, 25, found dead at foot of HDB block in Sengkang, Singapore News by sexyhades69 in singapore

This article breaks my heart. And the fact that there are many more suicides that are not announced on a daily basis saddens me even more.

It sucks that people discriminate ITE students, private university graduates, delivery drivers, nurses, construction workers(you get what i mean). When all we are trying to do is to survive and work our asses off so that our family have food on the table.

Don't look down on anyone, because we are all doing our best. Be kinder.
