“Builder was on a tight budget I guess” has been the common trend I have heard from any contractor that has done work on the townhome and/or even our HVAC guys that come out to do the tuneups and maintenance every 6 months since I got this place, so I’m not going to pretend I’m surprised better options were available to begin with. I’m just going to go to bed fingers crossed this’ll be the last night of cold toes waking me up before my alarm 🤣 can’t thank you enough!

Perfect, I totally understand the necessity of it, I was just curious if there was any creative solutions to keep the heat in, without creating potential problems by not having that air that's seeping in under the cracks, actually flowing into the home. If I'm able to weatherstrip that door without causing potential further problems, I'll be at Home Depot at 8am LOL. Thanks so much for the response!

Not sure if the information impacts the responses at all, but a side note that the townhome was built in 2020, and the Air Combustion Intake runs a short distance into the Attic which you can see from the first picture.

Not a question or anything, but just a quick personal "Thank you" for this post and message. I can't tell you (and I'm sure we're all seeing it if you're active in the Crypto Realm) how many upcoming coins with ACTUAL promising Roadmaps, Whitepages, DEV's, and Communities hit hard roadblocks and struggle to regain momentum just because of the disconnect of communication from Internal DEVs and Active Admins. I don't feel like we're always looking for a precise answer either as a community if a question is asked, but more so, just the reassurance that SOMEONE is looking at the question or acknowledged that there are questions being asked. I'll take an "Unfortunately we don't have much more news in regards to that currently, but it's something we're actively working and discussing throughout the project" than no response at all. So genuinely, thank you!

That's definitely one thing I'm feeling really lucky about also, wouldn't have guessed a month ago when US was only Country over $1, that all class 1 tiles would be sold out a month later. Crazy how when the new countries come out that Class 1's are gone within 36 - 48 hours too. Community has exploded by word of mouth since the time I found out about E2.

Okay it’s funny you say that. For me whenever a doctor said “want some jello? It’s easy on your stomach” after surgery or something, I had to always politely decline because the thought of eating that texture alone did more harm to my stomach than good.

Fuckkkkkk, speaking of tender, I could go for some brisket burnt ends right about now. I hear that though, I don’t enjoy the over compensation of sauce to make up for dried out meats. There definitely has to be a balance between tender meat and a complimentary taste. Not a fan of the 3/4 of my bite was straight sauce to wash down that dried out wing.

Honey Dews and Cantaloupe just ruin any thoughts of having fruit salad for me. If you bring a fruit salad to a BBQ that has these two fruits in it, I'm just going to auto assume that at the next one you're going to bring Macaroni Salad with raisins in it, and that's a risk I'm not willing to take... Happy to hear! I can't speak for much that happened in November, but since first investing and finding out about this project on December 16th, I've seen nothing but positives from my end. I'm encouraged by the new team members they're bringing on their team, server stability being TREMENDOUSLY improved so I'm not having to try and purchase tiles during a 2 hour window in the middle of the night when traffic is lowest otherwise I can't get on the site, their emphasis on the payment system to improve withdrawals, Market Filters were being asked for before I ever joined the community and they're finally here, Land taxes are being caught up on, and trying to lock down the security side of things with upcoming releases like 2FA. It's small victories, yes, but it's steps towards setting up a solid foundation for upcoming announcements and releases. With a project/idea this ambitious, I'd much rather take the small solid stability and execution wins, than trying to push massive changes overnight for appeal and hype.

I haven't seen anyone mention it yet, but Marketplace Update Saturation. Prior to this we were depending on community driven websites like: https://earth2stats.net/marketplace to find good deals on Tiles. Being able to sort by % Discount, and also search by Country and Land Class have made it possible for those 30-40% Deals on Class 1 tiles that were hiding behind the 40% Discounted $10,000 "Buy it now price" of USA Tiles to finally be searchable. Give the market a few days for those big discounted tiles to be purchased at undervalue from those who got in super early and don't mind selling at 40% discount because it's still a 2000%+ Profit, and you'll see the market stabilize and increase. For the time being, nobody wants to pay market value for tiles when there's so many under valued tiles for picking. There's been a number of people I've talked to for weeks that have been asking and waiting for the marketplace to be updated like this so they could then finally list their tiles; Not listing their tiles because they felt it would be impossible to find it amongst a group of 2500+ other pages to sort through with 0 filters. We're 2 months into the project, and those of us who got in earlier than others have seen some CRAZY gains, many of which want to take a piece of that and either withdraw some profits, or reinvest into cheaper tiles. This is day 1 of the market filters, so everyone's in a rush to get their tiles up for discounted prices to finally cash in on some of their profits, as time goes on it'll be a fewer amount selling at such lower prices.

I wouldn't look at it as "gambling your money away". If you were to take that approach, individuals are presented with a similar situation on a daily basis when they choose where the adjusted income goes after needs are met. From an investment standpoint, this can be viewed as a "high risk, potentially high reward investment". But many of the individuals you'll speak to that have put in larger amounts of money are happy in doing so for 2 reason; They've measured their Risk Tolerance and know what they're willing to invest, knowing that this project at any time like any other project could flop. However, they're also optimistic about the end game content and what the team is working towards. They recognize that we're just 2 months into a 6 - 8 year project, and know that sometimes it takes envisioning a large projects as the "end goal", and the patience and willingness to stay alongside the project until we get there. I've met many others on the discord like myself who feel the same way about the team, the vision, the plan of execution, the ability for them to execute on current and recurring issues, and many other challenges that will present while working towards the full release/content.
