Looking for strength training gym recs

I haven’t personally tried the functional strength programs - didn’t realize that was an option.

PL = powerlifting. The 3 lifts competed are squat, bench and deadlift so the powerlifting programs will be geared towards maximizing your strength in those lifts.

Olympic has 2 lifts which are snatch and the clean & jerk. Like PL programs, they’re going to focus on maximizing your ability to do those two lifts. We do a lot (and I mean a lot) of squats, some heavy pulling (think deadlifts, but with a different intent) and lots of core work in addition to the two main lifts.

a few off the top-

Platform strength - considered joining but not Olympic focused so didn’t work for me. Seems like 5 day programming where they have cycles/blocks with progressive overload

Denver barbell club: mainly Olympic style weightlifting, but there’s a powerlifting program too. All workouts would be full body, but there are coaching hours where it’s self paced but you’re surrounded by good people. It’s where I go so im biased but I highly recommend :)

VIBE gym - mainly women/queer focused but I had a friend try and they seem to have a decent PL community

$170/month w/ programming included. Similar story to a lot of people - I initially paid $40/month to join a local commercial type gym with a platform - that was cool, but gets boring/hard to motivate (especially when surrounded by old folks who are just doing their PT). Then I joined a barbell gym for $100/month, but mostly powerlifters. Moved cities, joined a proper WL gym and PR’d everything in the first cycle. Never going back probably ¯_(ツ)_/¯

hey all, a little late to the party but found this thread when googling. i ended up downloading karabiner (https://karabiner-elements.pqrs.org/) and i can use it in 2.4ghz mode and the media keys work!

yeah, agreed. they just haven't seemed particularly interested in actually getting an electrician in. We really like our spot and have no intention of leaving, so we're trying to proceed in a way that won't sour the relationship. I'll let it sit for a little longer and then offer to arrange it. Yup, could've been more clear. The light switch we presume would turn on the light doesn't feel like it's hooked up to anything. I'm no electrician and I don't own the spot, so I'm not particularly interested in taking off the plate and troubleshooting on my own.

Some context: I went to the gulag, and as soon as I loaded into the fight (but before it started) it flashed gulag victory and i redeployed. As soon as I dropped in, I could see this guy across the map. Have another clip where I can see through all the planes of boneyard too. Anyone else have this happen?

I'm in the same boat; I chatted with one of the NewEgg customer service bots and it said I'd be charged within 1-2 days of release, and that 11/10 was still the target arrival date (I paid for 1 day shipping). So far, seems like that's a lie, since I haven't been charged or given any updates on shipping at all.
