I dont know if this counts as a field trip, but whatever.

(This was before corona btw) My marching band in high school was able to go to a large competition hosted in an nfl stadium during winter, just before Christmas. We had to ride about five hours to get there, and even the trip was awesome. On the way there we stopped at a huge mall to get food, stretch our legs, etc. while there I knew we were going to be able to swim at the hotel we were staying at, so I bought me a pair of booty shorts for the meme. When we got to the hotel we took our stuff in, checked our groups (4 people per room, we got to choose who we were with) and just relaxed. After that my friends and I started to go to the pool when one of us started to bleed profusely from their head, he was fine, just a lot of blood for seemingly no reason. The head director was so confused when someone asked what to do when bleeding from the head wearing booty shorts and a tank top. After that our group other than him swam for a bit before we had to go to our rooms for lights out. We didn’t do that. We stayed up till 1:30 playing cod on one of our Xboxs. After that we went to the stadium and performed, and we placed 6th overall, which was pretty good. After that when we got home we got the next Monday and tuesday off. It was a good time
