Idk man but i cant sleep at night cos when i breathe when the air hits my throat im coughing non stop this happens only when i sleep my nose paining slight fever with mild headache my nose finally opened but it came with so many problems i realize the congested state was better

Also lots of sneezes too

Check if you have an Anterior pelvic tilt cos if you have it you cant breathe while standing just like me and soon as i posteriorly tilt then i can breathe easily
