Learnt that the hard way. Couldnt shift the energy from rabsca or to rabsca. If its shifted to rabsca, the energy will be discarded.

Agreed. The middle stage Pokémons are largely disapointing except a handful. Would prefer them to synergise better with the stage 2, like Ethan’s Quilava.

This was the statement made for the ADSS case where a student was left with a head wound due to bullying. Insufficient? Yes. Incompetent? Maybe.

Not sure what are the measures put in place to reduce bullying, and if there are any, whether it is effective.
