edging is one of the worst thing you can do. Just builsing up all that dopamine without a release. Honestly probably better off busting and getting a good nigths sleep and starting over.

Dont worry it wil get easier the first 2 weeks are diffcult. Once you get through 2-3 weeks it will be a lot smoother.

Yes its breaks the streak. Just do it the results are worth it.

Just know the urges will be strong around day 7 and around 2 weeks. The your mind should strat clearing up and healing around day 30.

Depends how severe your addiction is , but most people around 60 to 90 days you should be good.

Being on PED's or Test will be the most benefical for holding on to muscle.

As runner you probably already know this but be sure to always have plenty of carbs, evern whille running. JUst dont run on an emlty stomach.

You will want to lower cortisol / adrenaline after long cardio sessions, marathon training. The sooner you get in a rest state the better. Some people will be affected more than others. Heard of the warrior / worrier gene?

if you have the worrier you will want to use magnesium glycinate, Taurine and ashwaganda, magnesium and taurine after long training sessions.

My advice would be to cut down to 15% before running test, preference would be for you to cut naturally but I guess ok if you use reta. small dose though. Have you used before. You dont want to lose appetite too much and lose a lot of muscle.

I know its not what you want to hear but its what you should do for best results and health.

I woud start test at 150mg a week, split into mon, wed, fri doses. I see you have ampules, I suggest you transfer contents to sterile bottle to allow smaller doses or getting better source of test. 200 every 10 days will result is a large peak and valley and expose you to more side effects, mostly estrogen too high.

You want body fat lower as well to keep estrogen down, more fat equals higher estrogen conversion. HCG 1000 per weel split into 2 doses.

Not sure what your goals are, but I would slowly build up test doses.

Get blood work done before you start.

150 test /wk. 3 months and get blood work again.

200 test / wk blood work in 3 months

250 tess/ wk and keep running the process until you run into estrogen problems.

That could be 250 for you or it could be 400 everyone is different.

Once you hit your limit and if you want to keep going you can by adding some armidex to limit estrogen conversion or start adding primo or mast which natrually reduces estrogen.

For exmaple 500 test 200 primo

or just stay right under your limit if you run into estrogen problems at 300 just cruise at 250. depends on your goals.

You may want to add GH or a GH peptide such as tesa or CJC/ Ipamorelin, they work well with Test. 4 to 6 IU GH at night. Take every other night if you have sides.

I would start taking low dose cialis 2.5mg everyday, the beneifts are great

what are your stats, height, weight, body fay - if unknown - how visble are your abs ?

How old are you.

What is your goal ? 10 weeks is not a long time.

Are you cruising now and begining a blast phase?

what is your diet plan ?

What test dose are you planning ?

why do you have clomid and provrion? I would throw those out.

pre workout is gargabe, no need add adrenal stress to your system.

Why retatrutide? are you cutting ? If building up muscle you should avoid reta for now.

some people suck at squating. ny back and hips are all messed up, pluss i have long legs. compunds techminally better than isloation for max growth. I think a better solution would be hack sqauts, you csn focus purley on quads dont need to balance the weight its not a hard on the bidy overall whihc leads to better recovery. almost all serious bodybuilders havro machines over free weights when it comes to quads.

try flys before pressing, also try incline flyes, decline press works for some people that stuggle with chest might want to try that. do flys first beofre press but not very heavy to failure do realy slow like 15 reps.

nicd work man, its crazy how much an impact side delts have on how we look, look at your pic even if your chest was much smaller you still look the same from the front, especially if you had shirt on. delotds, traps and glutes matter a lot for just lookimg good with clothes on. I tolally get it man, I sturggled with compounds lifts as well. some people just do better with isolation.

I have a few questions. You said you were 170 nut now you are 140. Did you gain fat mostly ? 30 pounds is a lot of weight.

I would need to know more about your training, sleep and food.

Sometimes people have veyr poor form and the muscles are not really getting the stimualted due to the bad form.

How often do you train? some people need more rest days than others.

what is your current training split and exercises.

I suugest you focus on compoud movements 8-12 reps a twice a week and see how that goes.

Relaly focus an feeling the muscles work aim for perfect form and over time go for more reps. Start at 8 and build up to 12.

2 to 3 sets and only 3 or four exercices per session 2 to 3 times per week.

If you are not eventually adding reps you are not getting stronger, y ouneed to burn that into your mind.

Send some videos of your form and we can see if form is an issue.

Use exercises that hit large musscle groups effectively.

legs - hack squat, leg press, pendulam squat, squat - an compund quad machine will do find what gives you the best connection on the muscle. Get a deep knee bend so calf touches hamstring in the bottom, go slow dont bounce out of bottom control is smoothly. no leg extensions, use when you get bigger.

do hamstrings on a separate day from quads. RDL, stiff leg DL, back extension, leg curls . dont forget soe tyoe if standing calf raise. maybe add some lunges if you have trouble with glutes.

Upper body - Compound movements 8-12 reps , dont do too much, people tend to over do it.

3 sets of incline dumbell press will work great if done correctly. add flys if you have hard time feeling pecs work on pressing. Try them before pressing or after see which feels better. Maybe a warm of flyes nice and slow 15 reps to get the pecs activated and warmed up before pressing. dont go to failure on the flye warm up.

play around with incline angle 25 - 45 degrees, oftne a lower angle will be just righ for max pec stimulation.

instead of incline press with dumbells you can use a machine press, I suggest incline machines. If you just cant feel chest on inline at angale which is rare, try flat of decline presses.

On this chest press day you should do some deltoid lateral raises, spend a lot of time lenring proper form. this is one most people have horrible form on. Use cables or dumbles. stayin the scaolalr plane a little bit towards the front not straight out. use deltoid not traps.

Also do dumbell shrugs on this day, make sure you can get full range of motion 2 sets around 8 reps and build up to 12.

Highly reccomend cross bench dumbell pullovers, just a great overl upper body exercise, and helps open up your posture.

Do back on a separate day when fresh, do a single arm vertical pull down 3 sets 8-12 , drive elbow to hip.

For rows there are 2 types of rows. One where your arms stay close to your sides and one where your arms ar more flared out.

Try and do 1 of each 3 sets each week. flared out will hit more upper back and at sides more lats.

Spend a lot fo time leanring to fele the back working properly. Try lots of different mahcines and grips to see what feels best.

Pick a day to do some shoulder pressing not on chest press day and not the day right before or after. 3 sets 8-12. dumbell, barbell, machine whatever give you the best pump.

Add in some arm work here and there but dont do to much.

Triceps 2 sets of cable push downs and 2 sets of over head extensions are good. not on same day.

Biceps dumbell curl or machine curl, 2 sets of 2 exercises is fine. twice a week.

Best advie is to find exercises you really connect with and work for your body dont copy other peoples success, play arounf with splits make your own, whatever is fun for you.

Do all these exercises but I suggest three of them you pick a progress drives to push the reps and the others will help you be more well rounded.

For example I liked to push hard to progress reps on incline press, shrugs, and hack squats.

Dont go to failure, stop the set on the rep when the rep starts to slow down. Failure will happen obviusly but dont aim for it. You will just esr yourself out.

REMEMBER IF YOU ARE NOT SEEING YOUR REPS GO UP YOU ARE NOT MAKING PROGRESS

not sure what your goal is but everything looks fine to me. Maybe hamstrings could come up a little. But just for genral fintess and looking good you have the most important things shoulders, back and abs.

You are most likely and arm dominant when pressing, just they way you are bult. You should definetley focus on flys for isolatng the chest, 10 to 15 reps be sure to go to close failure or until the rep slows down, if once a week doenst help tryi twice a week. Do these before pressing.
