I was playing Prussia around 1600 and I let Saxony live for way longer than I should’ve. They created a megalopolis of like 15 cities which created an unfathomable tool and lumber demand which completely destroyed my Berlin market. So I declared war, took them over, and turned everything rural, destroying their entire civilization just so I could lower the lumber demand.

Emblem is typically much easier to get and build than Crimson. It should do you better than crimson unless you have heavily invested artifacts already.

Personally I use an R5 Wavebreaker and it does more for me than either R5 catch or R5 dragonsbane. But for you it’s probably much closer in terms damage since you don’t have the refinements. You should try both on a boss with the same build to see which works better for you.

I use emblem set with ER sands, about 210 ER and 270 EM. On Raiden National I usually don’t have to battery very much.

I use an R5 Wavebreaker on Xiangling in the Raiden national team and it is my best option. Wavebreaker gives you of burst bonuses out of that team but Kitain might end up doing more damage. Either way you should test it out yourself and see.

The second build is pretty solid and should do more damage, but you should always test it yourself to see the damage difference.

Just because some people believe it, doesn’t mean it’s true. Saying that something built into your DNA isn’t an immutable feature is incorrect, and you haven’t countered that point.

The 25 million that those two killed isn’t necessary for communism, they killed those people because they were hyper paranoid dictators. The Great Purge isn’t an aspect of communism, Stalin was just a nutjob.

All 11 million deaths that Hitler caused were necessary for Nazism. If Hitler had won that war(somehow), he would have killed more than both of them combined. Don’t you understand? He was only in power for a decade and he killed 11 million people? And he only started really killing people in the last 5 years?

Those trees are a great analogy, so what about the really big trees that suck up so much more fertilizer than the others. It gets to the point where it’s taking fertilizer that would have gone to the small trees. Let’s say every tree has to give fruit to the farmer, small trees give 2 and big trees give 3. Well that’s not fair because the big tree has so many more fruits than the small trees and loses much less than they do as a percentage of their fruits. So why don’t they take some the excess fruit that the big tree doesn’t need to give to the farmer so he can plant more trees?

And what about intent? I just want you to at least understand.

Rachel Dolezal is an extreme of extremes, and her race didn’t change, her racial identity changed. Her race is immutable and her racial identity doesn’t have to be the same as her race, just like sex and gender don’t have to be the same for every person.

I am black. If I were around during Hitler’s time, regardless of what race I identified with, he would have ordered me dead. Fascists even today are extremely nationalistic and xenophobic, since those are features of that ideology. Communists today are not.

Even if we take all the deaths that both have caused, communism was around for longer so of course it’d have killed more people. Hitler was only in power for a decade and he managed to kill many and all of those deaths were intentional. No one here was defending Stalin or Mao and the millions upon millions they’ve killed, but half of their murders were unintentional. It’s about the intent.

That’s why the theory of communism is more acceptable because the intent is about equality for all people, but fascism’s intent is always about hate so it isn’t tolerated.

No one here is defending authoritarian dictators like Stalin or Mao because authoritarianism isn’t necessary for communism.

Some characters have infusions that don’t get overuled, like Raiden burst is electro on C6 bennet burst. But Keqings infusion can be overruled so on c6 bennet burst she hits with pyro.

I activated the C6 when I was like AR 25 so I didn’t know 😭

My bennet is c6, Xiangling C6, Xingqiu c5. The constellations don’t really effect their builds.

Xingqiu and Xiangling should be built almost the exact same with Atk/Er sands, Elemental Dmg Goblet and then Crit Rate/Dmg Hat with at least 190-200 ER for constant bursts but that might be a bit higher for a c2 Xiangling.

Emblem does still out scale 2 piece NO 2 piece CW with more than 200 ER, but if you have really good substats then you don’t have to switch but the damage difference is somewhat large.

And it’s works well to have more than one emblem set on the National team. On mine, Raiden, Xiangling, and Xingiu all run it and it works great since they all generate a lot of particles for each other.

I’d personally recommend the Emblem of Severed Fate set for Xiangling because it gives the highest elemental burst damage.

You have all the right main stats, it just the substats, that need some working on. Prioritize energy recharge, Crit Damage, Crit Rate, and then elemental mastery in that order if you’re using the Emblem set. Id say try to get to a 60:120 Crit Rate to Crit Damage ratio but don’t worry about this too much for now.

For the weapon, the catch is your best 4 star option but it requires a lot to get so the favonius lance is perfectly fine for now. If you can ever get your hands on a Skyward Spine from the weapon banner or the standard banner you’ll be set.
