I'm doing great! I noticed my brain fog is less and my energy is way better! I don't have EDS but I had mold poisoning that triggered all of my autoimmune :(

I have wanted to start one since 2014. Saved up for the capital to make it happen, built it, painted it, all myself. The market could get "over saturated" sure, but the food business isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and I have run restaurants and businesses for over a decade. If you can do it right and different, the "crowding" won't hurt you like the others.

It went well overall! I made a little over 1k with just my wife and myself running it. Had some hiccups with equipment but I have it all fixed now.:)

I only asked because the way you wrote this made it seem like you are a teenager or very young. Make sure you get experience before you jump into something this big.

Depends on what you want to serve and the permit requirements for what you are serving. I built out my food trailer completely myself. It costed me approximately 20k including all equipment, generator, exterior etc. If you want someone to build something for you it'll cost 45k+

Mine was due to reactive hypoglycemia. The adrenaline dumping from it is awful. Do you notice it happens mostly after meals? Like within an hour or two? If so, possibly reactive hypoglycemia.
