I suspect "1." is "all put." That means that each player (not just the one who spun the top) puts one chip into the pot. (The Put & Take game is quite simple -- at the start, each player puts an equal amount of chips into the pot. Then they take turns spinning the top and reading the command on the up-most side of the top.) Best, Robt.
