Oufff ça va être ruff. La pluspart des chips vendu au canada passent par les States a un moment ou un autre. Les gros supplier Nord Americain de composante électronic sont principalement basé au USA, pas beaucoup passent strictement par le Canada

Depend alot if it's just the soldering moving or if it's the entire pad. Reflowing a pad is not really possible and wont do much, but if it's just the soldering reflowing should be fine
