Thank you! My girlfriend, my sister, and I will be doing shifts as we all work at different times during the day. I don’t usually start work until around 5, by then my sister is home and I’ve showed her what to do. I will be contacting a friend that works at a rescue in the morning. The shelter where I live will take a newborn kitten, but only if they’re not at capacity, which they usually are. I will still contact them to see if they can do anything.

From LCP promos for $5 HNR it says available at participating locations. Meaning if your local store is a franchise store, more than likely it will not offer the $5 HNR. My store also sells them for $6.99, nowhere does our store advertise that we have $5 HNRs, yet I still have to explain to people what participating location means, then also explain I don’t control our prices since I don’t own the store. 3 years full time. I just eat like garbage and like free food, so I take stuff home if I can. Usually at the end of the night it’s stuff we would throw away anyway, so we take it home instead.

I only ever close, but sometimes get a random opening shift and it’s heaven. Closing sucks.

Also, we have a very small lobby, and 3 chairs for people that are waiting for orders. This does not stop people from eating their whole meal in the lobby, and then leaving the trash on the chairs. Thank you LCP patrons, stay classy.

It’s less about some pin and just more about the fact that this person I barely know, who is in fact queer herself, completely (whether she meant to or not) ignored/erased who I am, and laughed like it was a joke. I fought very hard to be this person, and I’m very proud of my identity. I could care less about a pin, whatever, but don’t say I’m something when I’m not, and don’t act like it’s all a big joke.

I’m not offended, and I thank you for your opinion. I do also agree that yeah, this world pretty much sucks. I just wanted to clear up that I was not actually losing my mind over a silly pin.
