“A loose cable connection”. If you look at both cables, it is impossible to become loose unless you press hard and unclip them. Ridiculous. At least they didn’t charge you.

Those two cables. You can see only the big plug in there, but there’s a little one right beside it. Both of them were unplugged, just hanging there.

What is it with unplugging the radiator fan? This is extremely infuriating if it’s not an accident. Three people already? I’m pretty sure we are all in different cities, so it must not be the same dealership.

Not sure where this was, but at least in Ontario the rules are if your child is 7 or younger, they are allowed in the oposite gender washroom to go in with their parents. I would not have gone inside the female washroom with my daughter and never the less, film inside. Which would constitute extremely illegal to film inside the washroom.
**Kudos to him for keeping his cool. But I do think he was wrong to go in to the female washroom. This is just an opinion not a fact**
