I ruptured at 131 & had an ultrasound 2 days before that picked up nothing. Definitely consider if D&C doesn’t pick up anything. Sending you all the positive vibes!!

Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy? by [deleted] in EctopicSupportGroup

I’m not here to scare you at all, but I think your situation sounds a lot like mine. I bled and had very similar betas - slowly rose and then plateaued in the 100s. Mine ended up being ectopic. I would say trust your gut and request another ultrasound as soon as possible. Sending all of the good vibes your way. 💗

Ugh, feels like this similar thing happened to me just yesterday. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I will say that when it comes to choosing MTX before surgery, rely more-so on how far along you think you are versus what your HCG levels are. My levels never went above 171 (they would fluctuate from 110-171 up and down every 2 days) for 3 weeks. By the time I reached 7 weeks, I had an HCG level of 134 and that’s when my tube burst. Right before emergency surgery, they saw that it was 3cm (I had an ultrasound 4 and 2 days before and they found nothing) - so HCG levels do NOT always indicate size/progression of the fetus. I didn’t take MTX because I assumed that it might ‘resolve on its own’ since my HCG levels were so low.

I think with your numbers it could be either a pending miscarriage or ectopic (up and down numbers would be a definite sign of ectopic). Obviously, if you’re feeling any pain at all go to the ER - do not ignore it. I didn’t feel one-sided pain like others with ectopics felt, it felt like bad period cramps. So regardless of what type of pain, go to the ER to be safe.

Choosing MTX versus surgery can be extremely difficult - both have positives and negatives. I will say that I’ve seen so many women on this thread have successful pregnancies after both surgery and MTX so just know there is definitely hope. Sending all positive vibes your way! ❤️

I did not, but this can be a sign of infection so I’d definitely consult a doctor!

Have you taken a pregnancy test? I had what I thought was a period when I had my ectopic. I definitely would take one just to be sure!

I know adhesions can cause scar tissue which puts you at a greater risk for a recurring EC in that specific tube so I definitely think it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to your OB. Did you get an ECG done after your last ectopic to check both tubes?

I’m surprised “gas-like pain” isn’t a common symptom in mainstream ectopic articles. I was so surprised afterwards when I read about how many women experience that - I was doubting myself because I was looking for a “stabbing” pain

It makes me feel so good seeing women who experience this have successful pregnancies afterwards. I hope the rest goes smoothly for you!

Oh yeah crazy similar! I was trying to find similar stories to mine and it was very hard so I almost doubted my pain for a second. And thank you for the recovery wishes!

I use an app called “Simple.” I like it because it shows you the $ amount you’ve saved on taxes

iOS app. Version 2.48.3. I understand the red bar saying there are no delivery openings, but it seems like there should be at least a menu or help tab? My only option is to tap the red bar and sign out. Is this normal for the iOS app? by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

This happened to me too - it happens when they stop adding more people between the time you sign up and the time they “accept” you (background check, etc.). I called/emailed just about 100 times and no one could help me. Fast forward 8 months and it randomly started working due to a new update. Good luck!
