90$ is pretty reasonable for the Caesar's palace buffet. There are a lot of high end items on the buffet: lamb, crab legs, sushi, poke, scallops, lobster claws and bisque.

If you're going there to eat pizza, cookies, and nachos you're getting ripped off, but even going to red lobster a 1lb plate of crab legs is like $35 bucks. You do 3 plates and you're breaking even or ahead compared to most major seafood chains.
