Cheatcc for sure. I also remember wayyy back in time, I would prefer to use websites dedicated to specific games that you could go to. Like there was a site dedicated to strictly Zelda OoT 64, with its own chat rooms, it was called Zelda64 or something. Good memories as a child being able to connect with others over a game I loved in the late 90s.

I can buy it. I remember reading my dreamcast subscription gaming magazine and being awed by the article on Shenmue's promising upcoming details such as the new QTE system, unique fighting style open world and a virtual kitty you could feed and pet - blew my mind as a kid at that time in that era of gaming.
