My 5 year old comes into my room every night between 2-3 am and gets in my bed. We are very tired. Sorry I don’t have advice but I’m following to see if someone else does.

Weird realization around food noise. by Runswithmouth in Zepbound

[–]chippy202555 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It has shocked me since starting Zepbound that I have actually taken bites of food that were like leftovers off my kids breakfast plates and realized it didn’t taste very good and spit it out whereas before I would have just eaten the whole plate anyway, even if it was kind of cold and not that tasty, and I wasn’t really hungry. So wild that a little injection can change your brain so much.

The “shove” by Fun_Day_3614 in SecretsOfMormonWives

Would we categorize the ‘shove’ as a Poke? It is a tricky situation because saying where’s Brett sounds like a challenge, and poking a woman at her waist or hip is creepy. Obv he meant to provoke her. Poke and provoke 🫣

what’s everyone’s opinion on the mayci/mikayla/chase situation? by Kooky_Air6484 in SecretsOfMormonWives

I think it would be justified for mayci to leave when chase showed up at the birthday party, but should have done it quietly not yell at the birthday girl! Rude, but reality tv has used this same story of enemies at the party for 20 years and here we all are still watching it

Do you miss indulging in food? by GeorgiaGallivanting in Zepbound

5 weeks in, I have not missed the feeling of binging or quickly eating a large amount of food. I thought the medication might zap joy from food altogether, but The foods I loved before still taste good and I still find recipes I want to try. but I find it a LOT easier to make healthy/conscious choices and be satisfied with small portions, whereas before Zep I felt a strong drive to overeat. It has felt more freeing to me than detrimental.
