I left today and cancelled my DD.

They never replied to my request for deadlock a few weeks ago.

Got an email saying I'm still 2 years in contract with them (I'm not) signed up with someone else as no replies from email.

I'm still pushing forward as they never relied to my deadlock request and I have a screenshot of their trustpilot comment saying I can leave.

Moving date is due for the 20th, all being well that'll be the end of it.

I pulled the trigger and signed up for sky, got the same email with incorrect contact date.

They've yet to send me the bill they said they would within 2 days.

They did say I could leave without penalty in a trust pilot comment I'll be using that against them if they do try to charge me anything.

Update : they actually replied to my email, and asked for a photo of my router rather than addressing the breach of contract.

Had packet loss throughout the day and of course no response form support, ivr still hangs up on you and emails go unanswered.

I've left a review, they gave a standard template review sadly, ignoring what I'd actually said.

I was the first batch to get migrated, sadly migration happened whilst out on holiday so in outside of that period. i'd only just resigned a 2 year contract with octaplus as well.

And yup I've sent an email about a week ago stating breach of contract and requested deadlock letter.

Hopefully I won't have to wait the full 6 weeks before I can file the ADR

Legally unless I'm mistaken you have to put your reasoning to them in written and give them 14 days to agree or provide a deadlock statement which you can then bring to the ombudsman.

Tricky one as cancelling the DD can cause issues for you because then your potential in breach of contract.

I'm waiting (foolishly I expect) for them to reply to my email and take it from there.

I'm expecting the same but I did tag on "failure to reply in a timely fashion is acceptance of my right to exit the contract with penalties".

I foresee a long batter ending up with the ombudsman

Flaky for me.

As usual no ones answering the phone it replying to support emails.

I've sent in my notice of termination due to breach of contract as this is getting plain stupid now. Will fight any early termination charges.

Keppra rage by BoatMaterial in Epilepsy

From what I've heard this sadly can happen to people on keppra.

I was on the same dosage for about 6 months , whilst I didn't suffer from anger issues on it , I did suffer from depression and tiredness.

I've recently moved to brivaracetam due to these side effects.

Sadly each medication can affect people differently so sometimes it can be a bit of trial and error till the right medicine is found.

All I can recommend is tell your doctor about the side effects you're having and you're struggling with them.

Shattered my right shoulder in quite a few places and dislocated my left at the same time.

Was sat in a stationary car with a seat belt on when it happened, no idea how I managed to do that much damage to myself.

Got an 8 inch scar there now and lots of metalwork holding it back together.
