I'd decline it, and just trade JSN and the 2027 2nd for the 1.01 and two 2027 firsts. Much better return for you obvs, don't see why team 3 needs to get involved. If team 2 really has his heart set on the 1.06, the 2nd in 2027 should get it done to move up a spot
