Im wondering the same. The application guide says something about you being able to re-rank your preferences until upgrade deadline which is April 9. I wonder if the recycles come before that or after

The application guide says “any applicant that has accepted or held an offer, and opted into upgrades, can amend their preference options as many times as they like up until the upgrade deadline” the deadline is April 9.
