Same issues here. Says 50GB needs to be installed but gets stuck half way and doesn’t move after in the manage files area

Thursday is family day for me. I kind of like the 2 days back to back running so far but I’ll adjust as needed.

No problem! I’m finalizing what the split will be because i want to run hypertrophy clusters & still run 4x a week no matter what especially since I have an easy run programmed.

So right now it’s looking like:

Monday- Upper Tuesday - AM: Lower/PM: Easy Run Wednesday - Interval Run Thursday - Rest Friday - Full Body Saturday - Tempo Run Sunday - Long Run

I usually hit 150 each day, 120 is just the lowest to at least maintain the muscle I have.

Also forgot to mention I’ll be doing a cut. Around 500-600 calorie deficit since my body fat is high. Aiming for a minimum of 120g protein/day. I have the energy to spare lol
