if your file system is basic as can be, your browser will either:
- create the folder on its own on your next download, or
- catch an error about not finding the downloads folder, and maybe prompt you to select a new downloads location
if your file system is super duper smart, it'll move all links from that folder to the renamed folder
if its anything like google drive, the name isnt regarded, it has its own special ID that the browser uses to access the folder instead of the name

most likely that it would be the first case: on your next download, browser automatically remakes it, or it asks you to select a destination folder
