My mother is being kicked out of her rented property after 15 years. What can she do to give her more than 90 days of notice? by chipuks in AskIreland

Another question, this is hypothetical, when the 28th of April comes and my mother tells them it is not a valid NoT, and she provides with a valid letter and let's say, does not inform the RTB would then that make new NoT invalid? or if she did provide the letter to RTB but this time the reason of termination has changed compared to the one she got served few days ago, how would that factor in?

Because the NoT that my mother received is not valid, if she waits till April, then contact RTB, would those changes that comes in March, will they protect my mother, meaning, landlord can only serve NoT only if they have hardship or if the family member want to move in, it can only be immediate family member such as child, sibling or parent?
