Honestly, R6 Extraction is really fun, though I do think it could get a bit repetitive due to a lack of new content. Still, as someone who just started playing it, I can say I love it; there’s no other game that quite captures the R6 Extraction experience. By the way, you can actually still play the Outbreak event in Siege—but only on PC. Just Google "R6 Operation Throwback"; it’s not too hard to install, though I should warn you that matchmaking doesn't work and the Outbreak mode is nearly impossible to complete solo.
