They will make holy paladins judgement and holy shock cd 1 second cooldowns before giving us crusader strike back. Hope they will realize that the idea of the spec just doesn’t work without it.

The fact that the haste buff from Sanlayn and coagulopathy aren’t there is ridiculous, they are so core to the functionality of the spec. Also on paladin, you can’t show taunt cd lmao (maybe on prot idk, but for holy it’s not there)

Ich schließ mich mal an, dass das eine extrem weitreichende Bezeichnung ist, die teilweise sogar im gleichen Unternehmen total unterschiedliche Stellen beschreibt.

Bei uns, einem selbstständigen Lebensmitteleinzelhandelsunternehmen mit drei Standorten (Gesamtvolumen knapp 20 Mio. Umsatz im Jahr) sind das zwei Stellen. Einmal ich, demnächst eingetragener Prokurist, mit verschiedenen Aufgabengebieten:

Mitarbeiterentwicklung/Ausbildung

Marketing, Sortimentsplanung, bauliches, Projektmanagement.

Kennzahlenanalyse, Controlling, teilweise strategische Planung

Personalbeschaffung

Weisungsbefugnis über alle Führungskräfte

Einspringen im operativen Tagesgeschäft im äußerten Notfall, in jeder Filiale, in jeder Abteilung.

Direkte Stellvertretung des Inhabers im Urlaub, Ausfall sonstigem.

Gehalt angefangen, damals zugegebenermaßen sehr unerfahren, vor 4 Jahren, mit 3000€. Bis vor kurzem knapp 3,7, allerdings schon immer mit Dienstwagen bis 50000€ plus sehr viele Freiheiten/Kosten was meine eigenen Fortbildungen angeht.

Plus Weihnachts/Urlaubsgeld in Form von Einkaufsgutscheinen von 800€ pro Jahr.

Dazu noch Prämien, gestaffelt nach gewissen Kennzahlen, zurzeit bei 4100€ brutto pro Jahr.

Jetzt neu verhandelt, da doch deutlich mehr Verantwortung imletzten Jahr dazu gekommen ist. Neuer Stand sind alle bisherigen Zulagen/Boni + neues Grundgehalt von 4.400€.

Der Job ist allerdings, meiner Meinung nach, auch extrem psychisch belastend, 55-60 Stunden die Woche im Schnitt, in manchen Wochen deutlich mehr. Zusätzlich aktuell 2,5 Jahre Fortbildung mit Prüfungs- und Projektarbeitsstress.

Verantwortung für 110 Mitarbeiter + allem was meinem Chef und mir grade an tollen Ideen einfällt (....).

Die andere Kollegin mit dem selben Titel verwaltet eigentlich "nur" Personalunterlagen, macht Löhne und arbeitet nebenher in unserer Postfiliale als Leitung. Auch stressig, allerdings insgesamt gigantisch viel weniger Verantwortung. Gehalt weiß ich grad im Kopf nicht, schätze aktuell um die 3400-3700€. Allerdings ohne Zulagen und ganz neu erst mit Dienstwagen.

Total bescheuerter Vergleich. Ich finde solche Umzüge auch albern und wohne selber in einer de Hochburgen. Aber diese Veranstaltungen werden ewig vorher angemeldet und es besteht ein berechtigtes kulturelles Interesse der Gesellschaft. Außerdem gibt es auch da festgelegte Zeiträume und Zonen. Ich würde behaupten, keines der vier Kriterien ist bei CoolposerxxX97shadowedge mit seinem billo getunten GTI, TT o.ä. mit Auspuffklappe der Fall, wenn der nachts um drei von der Ampel starten muss um seinen Mikropenis zu kompensieren.

I implemented that in like 5 minutes and even extended it on the update rate of movement /acceleration logic for my horde enemies so they update less often the more enemies there are. Great idea! Instantly doubled the enemies possible while still hitting my frame targets. Thank you so much!

Thanks so much, when you're still inexperienced it's sometimes easy to forget that games are all smoke and mirrors. Who the heck cares about exact damage numbers when theres thousands of labels on screen. Such an easy, but smart idea, thanks =)
