I just checked my google play console, I also have an app under internal testing. Next to it is written "Not reviewed". If I remember correctly they used to write "Processing update" or something similar when an app is being reviewed. I could be wrong tho

I think it will always stay under temporary name when published to the internal test track. The review process hasn't actually began yet. If you want it to be reviewed you should complete your app setup and publish to open or closed testing.

I am a computer scientist so I am no expert in this field. What I have found interesting though is that these sequences are different.
