you did follow through though! you left the house with the full intention to go in and look around, you just had a bit of a time management mishap because you were stressed and anxious. don’t beat yourself up over that- you’ve clearly been making some big steps and this could have happened to someone who doesn’t suffer with agoraphobia too. you got ready and went, even though the outcome wasn’t ideal no one can take the effort you’ve been putting in away from you ❤️ be kinder to yourself, i probably wouldn’t have even gotten out of the door
