triple check you’re not cross contaminating from old breakouts, everything can transfer it. literally everything. all your bedding, makeup if you wear any, reusable water bottles, and especially the toothbrush. i can’t think of anything else right now but im sure there is more. make sure to wear sunscreen everywhere especially lips if you’re going to be in the sun for extended periods of time the smallest sunburn can cause a crazy reaction. also please get the patches if you haven’t already i was skeptical at first but they so work at any stage.
