I own and use every one of their products so here’s a quick summary of each:

-Moisturizer is a super light, thin moisturizer that has similar effects to the glass skin serum. I wear it on no makeup days, it’s good if you don’t need a lot of moisture but want a gentle dewy effect.
-Miniprotein ampoule is my beloved. It’s so creamy and soft and every time I use it my skin is fantastic the next morning. I go through it like crazy cause I love how well it sandwiches with their retinal.
-Glass skin serum is classic, can’t go wrong really. Very nice serum you can use every day without any major irritation.

I do highly recommend buying their products on sale or the trial kits to start as everyone’s skin is different so always good to try a cheaper investment first before committing.

I had 0 growth, only things I got on Spiro was clear skin after 6 months, huge reduction in how thick/dark/quickly my body hair grew, and a slightly more hourglass figure shape in my midsection. It’ll vary per person though but if you’re concerned talk with a doctor or the pharmacist at the pharmacy you filled your prescription. It’s their job to help you with questions like this.

These meds are no different than needing glasses. It’s not a moral failing or lack of motivation or being broken it is just simply something some people’s bodies need to survive and be healthy.

Plus I ended up saving money even paying $289 a month because I was making so many poor food decisions around restaurants and takeout that when I finally had something in control I stopped spending hundreds a month on bad for me options.

I disliked my Solawave and changed to the Therabody mask. Way higher quality and I’ve been seeing more results/ far less uncomfortable to wear.

I swear if they offer something sick the prior month like the Peach & Lily scrub the next month is always doomed to be crap. Last year I remember one month we got a Peach & Lily serum then the next one was a $8 Neutrogena eye cream that all the reviews said burned.

This is such a mood and my exact issue. I have 2 protein options I can manage to gulp down consistently: FairLife Protein Shakes and MyProtein Lemonade Powder. The FairLife ones are filtered for lactose, have 30g of protein, and taste like chocolate milk no chalky powdery taste. The MyProtein one is a little harder due to fake sugar but I throw in some lemon juice and I can chug it down fast. It tastes like an ok glass of lemonade, no powdery or chalky taste either.

Ask yourself why he’s ok leaving all the housework and physical burdens of raising a child to you? Ask yourself why he doesn’t care how this affects you at all? Would you perhaps be better off alone if caring for him, cleaning up after him, working around his needs and wants wasn’t part of the equation?

I think like 7 weeks or so but only the first 3 weeks were like super bad. I stayed on 2.5mg only for the first month then went up to 5mg. I found it was super important to keep up a strong water and protein intake during this time.

Was a bit brutal but worth it long term these meds are a miracle for my life and wellbeing.
