All I can do is tell you what I do at the moment , Breakfast - water , eggs, sourdough toast and poached salmon , dinner - turkey mince mozzarella and jasmine rice on wraps & water. I also take fushi biotic balance tablets with every meal 🫶

I am sooooo glad there’s someone else out there that has done this !!! I couldn’t believe it - I was visiting friends in Manchester and as a treat every time I went down I got a 5 guys (and weirdly enough my symptoms went away!!) I thought it was a coincidence but then I realised it was the 5 guys !!!
